About Redemption Health & Fitness
When you walk through the door at Redemption Health & Fitness, you'll be greeted by energetic music and an energetic coach! Coaches begin by providing a workout briefing, followed by a quick warmup. Workouts are circuit style, moving clockwise from the 6 stations until finished. Workouts will be different each day with each round lasting 2 minutes and 30 seconds, with 45 second rests between each round. The duration of the workouts is less than 30 minutes for those with busy lifestyles! In addition, there is a highlight workout each week that is scored.

We work with our clients to strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, help to prevent diabetes, heart disease and more! Getting you fit and in shape, helping you obtain your goals one step at a time is what we do best! Our customized programs not only benefit you physically, but mentally as well.
